1. About rentzae
rentzae is a marketplace that connects customers with independent car rental providers in the UAE. The rental agreement is between you and the provider; rentzae facilitates the reservation.
2. Bookings & payments
You pay a small booking fee online to lock in your car. The remainder of the rental cost — plus any deposit, fuel or extras — is paid directly to the provider on pickup.
3. Cancellations & refunds
If the provider fails to deliver the booked vehicle, your booking fee is refunded in full. Customer-initiated cancellations follow the policy shown on each listing.
4. Driver requirements
You must hold a valid UAE-recognised driving licence and meet the minimum age set by the provider (usually 21+). Salik, traffic fines and Darb tolls remain your responsibility.
5. Liability
rentzae is not liable for the condition of the vehicle, the conduct of the provider, or any damages arising from the rental.
